Comprehensive Privacy Notice

I. Data controller

Grupo Cobertura S. de R.L. de C.V., commercially known as Grupo Cobertura, is responsible for processing the personal data described in this notice. Its address is Bodega 62D Terrapark Centenario, El Marqués, Querétaro, Postal Code 76246, Mexico.

II. Data we may process

The Industrialix form prepares a message in your browser using the details you enter: name, company, email address, telephone number, preferred language, land status, project type and approximate area, target date, and message. It does not send these details to our server, email, or a CRM. When you continue to WhatsApp, the text is passed to that service to prepare the conversation; you must press Send within WhatsApp to send the request to Grupo Cobertura. The site cannot confirm that it was sent or received.

The form does not include UTM parameters or the Google Ads click identifier (“gclid”) in the message or store them in your browser. It also does not save a draft of your details for future visits.

If you choose to contact us by telephone, email, or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, contact information, company, and any information you voluntarily include about your project or request. We do not request sensitive personal data; please do not include it in the message field or through other contact methods.

The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, date, browser, and requested path. Only after you provide consent may Google Analytics process browsing and device information, pages visited, and approximate location.

III. Purposes

Necessary purposes

• Respond to requests for information or quotations.
• Prepare your contact request for WhatsApp and respond once our sales team receives it.
• Understand the basic context of the project in order to prepare the appropriate discussion, proposal, or quotation.
• Follow up on a commercial or contractual relationship.
• Operate, protect, and technically diagnose the site.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Optional purposes

With your consent, we use aggregated measurement to understand site usage and the intent to open WhatsApp, and to improve the site. The form event does not include your contact details, message content, or UTM or gclid parameters. Opening WhatsApp is not recorded as a received request. Rejecting analytics does not limit your use of the site or its contact methods.

You can change your choice through “Manage cookies” in the site footer. You may also review Google's Privacy Policy.

V. Disclosures and transfers

Google may process data when you enable Analytics or Maps. If you open WhatsApp, email, or a telephone call, the communication continues through the service you selected and is also subject to that provider's terms.

The form prepares the message locally without sending it to a lead receiver or an email service. When you open WhatsApp, the prepared text is shared with that service, whose provider processes it under its own terms. Preparing or opening the conversation does not automatically send the message to Grupo Cobertura: you must confirm sending within WhatsApp. Any data we receive will be processed for the purposes described in this notice.

We may also disclose information to authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.

VI. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may request access to, rectification or cancellation of, or object to the processing of your personal data; you may also limit its use or withdraw your consent. Send your request to ventas@grupocob.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, a description of the data involved, a means to receive our response, and, when necessary, sufficient information to verify your identity or authority to act on someone else's behalf.

We will address the request within the time periods and under the terms established by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out beforehand or obligations that must be retained.

VII. Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, the relevant relationship, and applicable legal periods. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to reduce the risk of loss and unauthorized access or use; no system can guarantee absolute security.

VIII. Competent authority

If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may consult Mexico's Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, the competent federal authority for personal data held by private parties.

IX. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page and identify its update date. When required by law, we will request your consent again.
