By accessing and using the website https://www.grupocob.com (the “Site”), owned by Grupo Cobertura (the “Company”), you agree to these Website Terms and Conditions of Use. These Terms govern only the use of the Site; they do not replace a proposal, quotation, or construction contract, nor do they limit any non-waivable rights recognized by applicable law.

2. Description of the Service

The Site is an informational platform that presents the industrial construction, architecture, civil engineering, and related services offered by Grupo Cobertura. The Site allows visitors to:

• Learn about the Company's services and projects
• Contact the Company through WhatsApp, telephone, or email
• Prepare a request for information or a quotation with the Industrialix form to send through WhatsApp
• Review information about the Company's experience
• Read client testimonials

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, designs, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by Grupo Cobertura or its respective rights holders and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws, including Mexico's Federal Copyright Law.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or transmission of the Site's content without Grupo Cobertura's prior written authorization is prohibited.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems or servers
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or copy the Site's content for commercial purposes

5. Information and Quotations

The information presented on the Site is general and informational. Images and descriptions of projects and services are illustrative and may vary. Specific quotations and estimates are provided directly by Grupo Cobertura's sales team and are subject to the particular terms agreed upon in each case.

Information on the Site may be updated. The only binding terms of each project will be those agreed to in writing by the parties in accordance with applicable law.

The form prepares a message and opens WhatsApp; it does not send the request automatically. You must press Send within WhatsApp, and the site cannot confirm that it was sent or received. Preparing or sending a request does not constitute a quotation, project acceptance, capacity reservation, or contract. The Company may request additional information before issuing a proposal.

References to Industrialix identify the location where Grupo Cobertura is currently carrying out construction work and where it may provide its services. They do not imply affiliation, representation, authorization, endorsement, or partnership with the industrial park, nor do they mean that Grupo Cobertura manages it or markets land within it.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and social media. These links are provided solely for your convenience. Grupo Cobertura does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites.

WhatsApp: Communication through WhatsApp is subject to the WhatsApp Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. When you open that service, its provider may process information under its own terms. Data received and used by Grupo Cobertura is also governed by our Privacy Notice.
